Jeb Stuart is writing the Netflix series Assassin’s Creed. The project has been in development at Netflix since 2020 as part of a content deal with Ubisoft to develop live-action, animation and anime series based on the international best-selling video game franchise.
Since its first launch in 2007, the Assassin’s Creed franchise has sold more than 155 million games worldwide, making it one of the best-selling series in video game history. In 2017, Ubisoft announced its plans for an Assassin’s Creed TV series.
Stuart recently created Vikings: Valhalla for Netflix, which is the sequel to History’s hit Vikings series. He also wrote the series The Liberator and for films such as Die Hard, Another 48 Hours and The Fugitive.
